Q1. How do you provide us with after-sales service?
Within warranty, we will provide replacement parts to the buyer in free for the product quality reason which approved by our technical dept. Beyond the warranty, we will charge the replacement in cost price to our buyer.
In addition, we will gradually establish an after-sales working group in the countries where the products are mainly used in the world, and local residents will serve you to overcome language barriers. Now in Brazil, there is local after-sale service team comes from local.

Q2. I want to know how to properly match the solar panels with each model?
It is easy. Just pay attention to two points:
A. The input voltage of the solar panel is within the allowable range;
B. According to the parameter, the total power of the solar panel should not be lower or
higher than our setting value.

Q3. When the micro inverter will start working in sun days?
As long as the minimum starting voltage DC22V output from solar panle can be met. But only meet DC Vmp> 30V from solar panel, it can work in high efficiency.

Q4. What are the conditions for proper use ofthis product?
1) This model designed for grid tie. Only your local electricity grid can supply electricity normally, and the DC side can put into DC power to the inverter, then inverter can keep working normally.
2) This machine is not working in low light of day time or night.

Q5. Does this inverter is in pure sine wave? With MPPT?

Q6. Does this inverter need to be installed indoors? Do I need to provide special protection against wind and rain and sunlight?
Not needed. For designed in IP67 or IP68 waterproof, and the shell of inverter is made of high quality aluminum aloy, anti-UV aging technology, so it fully meet the design life requirements. The better to install under the solar panel, and avoid direct sunlight.

Q7. Only one cable is free in product package, Can I purchase more extension cables?
Our cables are high quality products designed according to UL high standards to achieve various weathering requirements such as lightning protection, UV resistance, frost resistance, salt and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. If you need a longer cable, we can offer it with connector to you.

Q13. Our local power grid does not have the ability to connect to the grid inverter to send out excess power. Can I use your products?
Yes, you can install it Ifyour solar power system is connected to a small quantity of inverters, you can transfer excess power to the grid through any plug in your home. Because these currents are very small, they do not affect the stable and the safety of the grid at all. Therefore, it is not necess.
