After-Sales Policy
Warranty
1. Limited Warranty
- ECOrepono Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the ECOrepono product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
- This warranty statement sets forth ECOrepono’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
2. Warranty Period
- 3+2 years warranty – ECOrepono 3000 Pro Series/2000 Pro Series/2000 Plus Series/1500 Pro Series/1000 Pro Series/1000 Plus Series/300 Plus Series, related accessories and Solar Panel Connector.
- 2+1 years warranty – ECOrepono 1500 Series/1000 Series/500 Series/300 Series/240 Series/160 Series/SolarSaga 200W/100W/80W, related accessories and carrying case.
- A 6 month warranty on renewed ECOrepono products.
In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
3. Exchange
ECOrepono will repair or replace (at ECOrepono’s expense) any Jackery product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. The repaired/replaced product assumes the remaining warranty of the original date of purchase.
4. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on ECOrepono’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
5. Exclusions
ECOrepono’s warranty does not apply to: ·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in ECOrepono’s current product literature. ·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility ·Any product purchased through an online auction house. ·ECOrepono’s warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months
Logistics
- All orders on ECOrepono’s Official Website will be shipped within 3-5 days after the order is placed, normally using a FedEx service – with the shipping time in the following states, taking 7-14 working days to receive. Please note that the shipping time in remote areas will be extended.
- Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.
- The portable power supply and solar panels cannot be shipped together. Note: if you ordered all items together, they may be shipped in separate packages.

7.Cancellation and Refund Policy: Customers can cancel their orders within a specified cancellation period, subject to terms and conditions outlined in our cancellation policy. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to the refund policy, which includes deducting any applicable fees or charges.

Return & Replacement
1. Refund
- ECOrepono offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from ecorepono.com. We are confident that you will love your new ECOrepono product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do let us know within a 30 day period. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please contact us via email support@ecorepono.com during our normal business hours. In order to return your product within the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
- You have purchased the product directly from ecorepono.com. You should contact ECOrepono and begin the return process, within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging – with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and you should additionally provide your return authorization number.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received any refund yet, please do recheck your bank account carefully again. If your payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please do allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- You should also contact your credit card company direcltly, if the credit still hasn’t appeared – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ecorepono.com.
3. Return & Refund Conditions
- Please carefully read the terms and conditions below. If the terms and conditions are not met, ECOrepono reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that ECOrepono does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: A product that is custom configured or branded to your personal specifications. A product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
4. How to Return an Item
- To return an item you’ll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. ECOrepono will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get your RMA form by contacting us via telephone, or email for assistance.
5. Process for Returning a Product
- ① Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
- All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact ECOrepono at support@ecorepono.com for any assistance.
- ② Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to ECOrepono. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
