Warranty & Refund Policy

Limited Warranty

ECOrepono Technology Inc. (“ECOrepono”) stands behind the quality of its products. We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that ECOrepono products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement outlines ECOrepono’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. No other liability will be assumed by us, nor authorized for any person to assume on our behalf, in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for ECOrepono products is 12+12* months (*exclusive to email subscribers). The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. A valid sales receipt from the initial consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Exchange

If a ECOrepono’s product fails to operate during the warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material, ECOrepono will replace the product at its expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

During the warranty period, if you submit a claim to ECOrepono:

(i) We will replace the product with a replacement product of the same model or, with your consent, a product with the same or substantially similar features.

(ii) We will exchange the product for a refund of your purchase price.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on ECOrepono’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

ECOrepono’s warranty does not apply to:

  • Products misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in ECOrepono’s current product literature.
  • Products subjected to attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • Products purchased through an online auction house.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. We don’t charge any refund fees. Returns sent by post are at your own cost (quality problem is not included).

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

For US customers: If your return is accepted due to a product quality issue, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

For CA customers: Accepted returns will receive the return address, and returns sent by post are at your own cost (quality problem is not included). For quality-related returns, a return shipping label will be provided.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, or personalized items. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds are approved within 1-2 days after receiving and checking the return. You will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
